Cosmic Stencil

The Cosmic Stencil title fills text with any of the Ani-Matte backgrounds.

Type text in the standard iMovie text entry area. Click to configure button. If using iMovie 3.x, hold down the option key and click on the Cosmic Stencil name. A dialog box will appear.

In the dialog box you can position the text to any location on the screen.

Scroll through the list of Ani-Mattes to select the desired fill.

The Reverse stencil button fills the entire screen with the background except for the text area.

The Opacity, Blur, Hue and Tint configuration options are also available to modify the background.

The Speed slider sets the fade in/out of the title. The Pause slider sets the duration.
